Are you ready to be a “Question Thinking change agent?”

You’ve already begun the journey of developing your resilient Learner mindset and using the practical Question Thinking System of Tools and Practices. You recognize the potentially profound impact this can have on individual, team, and organizational performance, engagement, and results. You see how QT aligns with and empowers the results of other change approaches such as Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, Action Learning, and Learning Organizations. And you deeply appreciate how the quality of thinking is the key to exceptional communication, planning, results, and bottom line growth. Now you’re ready to deliver these results to your clients and others.

What it is: The Chief Question Officer® (CQO) Certificate Program empowers change agents in applying the Question Thinking™ (QT) System of Tools and Practices and facilitating masterful, innovative, and engaging individual, team, organizational, and business results. Change agents include leaders, managers, coaches, and HR and learning professionals as well as those with responsibilities for operational excellence and quality.

What you get:The Chief Question Officer Program is a unique 5-month program beginning with a four-and-a-half day workshop followed by fourteen telelabs and a practical, personal supervised learning and application project. During the program you will develop a “Learner way of being” as well as a deep facility with the QT concepts, tools, practices and skills, enabling you to facilitate QT interventions as a coach, consultant, or leader.

The CQO Program enables participants to become QT “subject matter experts” and consultants (internal and external) in applying the QT System of Tools and Practices. You will gain the confidence, skills, and “how-to” to facilitate QT-based change solutions. This system embodies Learner mindset and inquiry skills, tools, models, and practices that optimize engagement, productivity, communication, collaboration, innovation, and results for individuals, teams, and organizations. Successful completion of CQO also includes eligibility to license the QT System™ of Tools and Practices.
